The Minuteman Project was an organization which was founded in the United States in August 2004 by a group of private individuals who sought to extrajudicially monitor and stop the United States–Mexico border's flow of illegal immigrants.

The words, "Over, Under, Around, and Through", were sometimes used to describe the how undocumented people crossed the border.
