Imagining the Unknown

I am fascinated with the human inclination to imagine what we have never experienced. We shudder when we imagine what we fear, and we delight when we imagine what we desire. Perhaps the dream is not completely an imagined entity - perhaps it is something we know from subconscious memories, inherited through time. My images are intended to evoke the sensations and feelings that we think we might have once known and to romanticize what we don't know.
