"It's a tumor in your pancreas, the size of a plum. It's probably cancer. We inserted a splint to alleviate some of the poisonous buildup."

"You said, it's probably cancer?"

"Yes, well, we can't be absolutely certain at this point, but we'll take a biopsy. Hopefully, the biopsy will provide some certainty."
